I'm soo happy. I can't wait. I've already got FSTB, Toks/eibachs. The wheels with summer tires are gonna make this car rock All I'll need is the sways for a full suspension!

AND the wheels were just refinished so they are PERFECT....no acid no peel..no minor scratches.

Nice wheels...

e-mail me how much.

How's that VQ fund doing now? At least you can transfer the wheels.

Congrats.

Congrats....those look sweet.

If I remember correctly, make sure you get 1/4" spacers for the rear so the 225 tires won't bang against your shocks in the back and to prevent rubbing.....

Bill,

That very idea was crossing my mind as I parked today. I was thinking of the H&R spacers. I was going to go 215 cuz I'm worried about rubbing in the front when turning. What size are you running now?

Coolmax.....check your mail.

7.5" wide and I'm running 215/55s right now. Whenever I replace my tires, I'll be going 225/50s, so I'll have to get spacers in the back as well. With 225/50s, your fronts should be OK. But, right now, I can't even get a finger between my back shocks and the tire, so going 225s probably warrants a spacer...

Whats the point of all that stopping power if your car can't even get into second gear correctly?

Sorry Mikey....it was just too easy

1. Welp....probably Dunlop SP8000's or Khumo Ecsta(sp) 712's. Both are an absolute STEAL. Tirerack wants 85 bucks for the 8000's in 225/50 and 77 for the 712's in the same size. I've heard great things about both. I say its a steal compared to the 150something they want for the 9000's in the same size.

2. How much did you(or your bro) charge FroMan(mario) when he bought the set SE wheels from you? I just want to make sure I get a fair shipping price so i figured I'd ask someone who shipped wheels before. Fro actually lives like a few minutes away from me.

3. On a High end used car lot today I saw 94-97(whatever falls in their) Q45 with 97-99Se 16's. Man....it looked GREAT! If you were ever to sell your car......swap whatever 15's your dad has with your wheels.

4. Any wored on Maxus this summer? It seems like you/bro are up on it....and I HAVE to go this summer. I can't miss the third one

1. I love my 8000's... they're great! Never driven my bro's Khumo's yet, but I hear Kaleb likes his. And yeah, at 85 a shot, they ARE a steal!! Shipped, mounted, balanced, I think it rang in right at $400. Not bad at all!

2. Dunno...Ryan sold his to Mario, I left mine in Waco (couldn't bring 'em to ATL with me, no room), and Ryan has acquired them and is using 'em with the Khumo's for racing. Maybe you should hold on to yours and put like Blizzak's or sometin on 'em?

3. Dad's riding on the stock 15's. IT'd be interesting to see the 4th Gen SE's on there, I bet it would look good! But, alas, Dad is looking to drop the Q in favor of a Jaguar XJ6... he's been "on the prowl" for a few months now, and he's really started looking seriously the past few weeks (since he just drove out of his 100,000 mile warranty last week).

4. No idea... Brian Won tried to start some discussion a few weeks back, but nobody really jumped on it. I'm not sure what Jamie is thinking, but the group of advisors or whatever hasn't really traded any emails about it...we need to though. It's time to start getting it all lined up! Yeah, and you'd better be there!!! I still owe you a beer for something from a year or two back!

make sure you install them on the correct side since the wheels are direction. If you look on the wheel, you'll see "L" and "R". "L" being driver side in the US, "R" being passenger side in the US.

Plus, they Z wheels are light around 17-18 lbs w/o tires, 39-40 lbs with tires.
