Gas Milage Question

Hey Guys I got a question about gas milage. I have a Greddy Evo and an Intake and I filled up a full take of Amaco Premium in NJ. I just noticed that my gas is under 1/4 of a tank of gas and I only did 210 miles. Is this normal? What are other peoples gas milage.

I notice you're from NY, if you have been driving through the blizzard this past weekend, letting your car idle for long periods of time, sitting in traffic for long periods of time, you cant expect a 325mile tank.

Also, measure the Miles per Gallon, not the Miles per tank, miles per tank is inconsistant. Fill up your tank at Gas Station A, do not top it off. Reset trip odo. Drive as much as you want, it should be under 1/4 tank when you refill it, it doesnt have to be running on fumes. Refill at Gas Station A (try to get the same pump, it could make a difference if you're on an angle at another pump, etc). Now, do not top off, record the amount of gallons used, and divide the recorded milage of the trip ODO by the # of gallons used - this is your accurate MPG. You could do this 5 times and average it out to determine your average MPG, because your driving habbits differ during different times and conditions.

How is miles per tank inconsistent? You have the same amount of gas used in both instances. You can't have one without the other. Measuring your gas mileage with half or quarter of a tank left is inconsistent. Measuring MPG or miles per tank is the SAME thing if he's on empty...
