Info on INTAKE PIPE deal...
I've got the setup down for the upper intake pipe design for the 4th gen. Some of you guys expressed interest in having me make a few of these. All the details can be found here.
Pics are on the pictures page.

I am very interested in this. Details on when you will start making this. And how you take payment. Some pics of the unit uninstalled with all the included parts would be nice too. Thanks.

Yes this will work with the Stillen intake. I dont have access to a 5th gen to see if it will fit the same way, but I'm workin on it. So, for now this is 4th gen only unless somone wants one to test on their car...we could work something out
.
I'll make these on a person by person basis. As soon as you tell me the $$ is on the way, I'll build it.
I will try to take some un installed pics soon. I'm not gonna have time to take apart my car until tomorrow.
Also, I'm gonna be painting them flat black, just so they look better and so you can then paint them whatever color you would like.

Good question. I thought it was a vacuum line at first too. Then I remembered that there is no vacumm upstream of the throttle plate. So I figured that that line must just be a vent, so I let it dangle. Havent had any problems so far.
Lots of new pics up too...

OK, maybe I wasnt clear in the beginning. I'm ready to make them for anyone who wants one now. All the info is on the link in my sig. Just send me some Email and we can work out the details.
I have a good idea
since you were going to offer them free at first anyway, why don't you give out the info for all of the sizes of pipe and hose and connectors that you used, so those of us with welding capabilities can make one for ourselves. just a thought.
I don't think they are free. I think he's charging $30 for everything which is very fair for the effort involved.

I looked at your pics and it appears that you are using rubber (sewer) couplers to connect to the TB and MAF. I'd recommend against this because the rubber will fatigue very quickly when summer comes around because that particular rubber isn't rated above 140 degrees. The underhood temps can reach 200+ in the near vicinity of the motor on a hot day. I suggest buying silcone hose and offering it in the kit. You can buy silcone hose by the foot (www.silconetechniques.com).

I checked around on silicone hoses. They are really expensive. 2.25" stuff is $20 per foot and a reducer from 3" to 2.5" is $20 alone.
That's about $25 of hose per pipe.
I'm still using and selling rubber.
