I'm sure there are some tight Maximas on the west coast, but there is just too much real estate to get everyone accounted for at one meet. Individual west coast/midwest/east coast meet is the most sensible thing, although admittedly, I would go to an east coast meet for s h i t s and giggles.

Redmax, I will call you tomorrow and we can chat about plans for this mega-meet.

the west coast always fails to have big meets, or even a lot of small meets.... got nothing

Midwest people, keep your eyes open because we'll get a Kansas City Maxus setup. KCIR is freshly resurfaced and hooking up hard, MC Racing (dyno shop) has plenty of parking for us, and the park has a huge shelter (150+ people) located next to a lake. The best thing about KC is everything is easy to get to because of our elaborate highway system.

definitley interested in a midwest maxus meet as i don't know if my boosted max could make it out to the east coast. Well first i need to get the car fixed but ya if it is the spring that would be cool and i would try and get as many of the colorado guys as i can. Keep me informed.
Ryan

The only reason i would attempt to make it out to the east is if there would be 500+ max's there.

Ditto on that, dafro. Although I'd probably 'suck it up' if more than 200 were to show up. So Dave, keep the midwest folks in the loop.

I'll drive how ever far it takes....I have driven 23 hours straight to go to a national Prelude meet last spring. Best time of my life!! We rented out a track for 3 days...I'd do it again in a heart beat.

I like that idea. I drove to the Outter Banks last year, V/B would be a shorter drive, it would still be a bit long, but perfect!

how bout something a bit different... why don't a group of people with a free weekend/week meet up on the east cost (NYC or so) and start rollin west to predesignated spots and maybe go as far as chicago... you can have a meet in every state at some spot agreed on and the maxima people from that state can join up. think about it, by the time you get to chicago there'll be like a hundred (if not more) maximas ripping up the interstate in one big swarm rollin to chi-town! damn that'd be ****in pimp

oh and another thing... from previous experience i can tell you that walkie-talkies are a VERY good thing to have.

its hard to keep 20 maximas in a caravan together... 100 would be rediculous!!!! I would definitely take a weeks vacation from everything to go to a meet like this tho...June is a great time, too!

I'd drive about 7 hours...but there is no difference after that. I had to drive 16 hrs to colorado from san antonio to skii. Driving doesn't bother me especially when I'm driving in the MAX.

The drive for the TX and FLA ppl seems a bit foul. If a spot could be found near the eastern edge of KY, western border of VA, the drive would be a tad better for the TX and FLA ppl.
I like the KY idea and can make that in 4-5 hrs. I would not mind a Chicago Caravan considering I worked with the one going to the meet in Ocmonowoc, WI.

But As everyone else has said, keep me posted and I'll see what I can do by then.

Maxus 04? Hook it up, I'll be there. Maxus '00 wasn't that bad of a drive. I think it was 6+ hours from MA? Was fun tho...with the bad memories too.
