Hi Guys,

How difficult is the Y-pipe install? Are there any key issues with it? I work on my car quite a bit so mechanical inclination is not a problem. I just wanted to know if the bolts unscrew easily or not or are there any special things I should be considering.

Thanks

Depending on the age of your car, the bolts...

for the downpipes may be rusted. When I did mine I used an impact wrench to loosen and remove the bolts. You may want to apply some WD-40 or other lubricant to help free the bolts.

If I remember correctly, you'll also need a u-joint to get to a couple of them. Otherwise a very straightforward install.
