I've got a '95 3.0 liter that doesn't want to warm up.Is the Thermostat the problem, or something else? Where is it and anything special needed to change it?

 

The thermosat cover is on the passenger side, right above the alternator. You cant miss, the radiator 2" hose goes in it. Three bolts to remove the cover. Engine not warming up: start changing the thermostat. It is the least expensive part to start with.
