car smells

I have noticed a burning type smell after I get out of my car. It doesnt seem like its coming from anywhere in the engine bay. I smell it right when I get out of the car then I cant smell it anymore. I think its coming from somewhere from the rear. The car drives fine, no cel or noises. I know im being vague but does anyone have any idea what it can be or what I can check? Thanks.

One idea - Look for residual black goop on your exhaust pipe or catalytic converter
(remnants of a plastic shopping bag).

did u just change the exhaust? new stainless steel exhausts take a little bit of time for the new burning smell to go away

when you are well-equipped with ricer sty-o air freshener, you can fart all you want in your car

I had the same problem about two summers ago. I just couldn't get enough Taco Bell . Just kidding I had a plastic bag stuck to my muffler and it was just melting all the time.

Some of the bag is still stuck, its hard and stuck to the pipe. Should i just try taking it off when the car is hot? Where can I get those airfreshners?
