its an hks turbo...what other parts would i need if i bought this? blow-off valve?

 

You'd need a lot more than just a blowoff valve. The link you had didn't work right, but if it's just the turbo itself, you'd need the manifolds (have to be custom made), wastegate, blow off valve, fuel upgrades, custom piping, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Ask Turbo95, he'd be able to give you a more accurate answer.
