Maxima vs G35

just wondering, from a roll is the 5th gen faster? i just test drove the g35 sedan and the max seemed to have stronger engine. Is this true, from a roll the 5th gen is a faster car?

I would think that the G35 would hold the edge. The weight transfer to the rear upon nailing the throddle should allow the G35 to get more traction.

They both feel pretty quick.

it's a driver's race... Already rolling and minimal hp/weight difference means whoever hits the gas first will win.

seems like it would be a drivers race, sedan vs. sedan. but the g35 coupe would more than likely walk the max (both in 6speed)

the torque and weight are both about equal, but the G35 engines have about 25-30 whp more at the top-end than the 5G Max does which makes the G35 quicker, but not by a whole lot.
