my transmission cooler...umm should be ok...could not see
radiator..not so well..but did not go....
weird enough...yeah it still runs....all the lights still fine too...
and I am at fault...hell yeah I like the law....
4 cars accident...cute...I am the fourth car...

maybe I can take out the ECU while the thing is in the body shop.....get fiberhood replacement....stillen lip, SMX grill...etc etc.....care to help me on this one?....
I hate this...How fast can a maxima with ABS and porterfield pads stop? It was a red light, all cars stopped..then green all go...two sec later...stomp the brake...gosh darn it..4 car...WHY THE HECK DID THE FIRST CAR STOP AT GREEN!!!!! HE was already moving then decided to stop...what the...

Ouch man. I was pretty freaked when I crashed into a snow pile in a parking lot. Atleast theres no damnage to you. Good luck with the car, and getting all those parts.

 

maybe that guy had a stick shift and stalled it or something...accidents suck, I a really nice 2nd gen taurus and my insurance totalled it for damages slightly worse than yours Good luck with your car. Glad you are safe.

 

Illegal? I don't know if there is actually a law that states that having insurance replace parts with Aftermarket is illegal, otherwise a lot of insurance companies would be breaking the law since most of them opt for aftermaket parts that are OEM replacement.

I got insurance to pay for my clears, SMX grill, and SE bumper cover when I rearended someone. Asked the guy at the body shop, asked the insurance adjuster, the parts I wanted were actually a lot cheaper, so the insurance guy just said to use the extra money for my deductable...so being as the insurance adjuster and the body shop didn't care, I would doubt they would have been so willing if it were illegal.

 

You can do whatever you want with it. Your premium is going to go up because of the accident, so might as well do what you want to the car. Aftermarket parts are probably cheaper the OEM anyways.
