i dunno for sure if i have the same thing, but i've noticed that when i go by a car, and i'm on the gas, there is a slight hissing/buzzing noise from around the y-pipe. I had it checked at my local Meinike (sp?), and they said there are no leaks.

Does anyone know of a place i can get some header wrap?? I think that may solve my problem, but i can't seem to find any anywhere.

I had that sound on my warpspeed for the first 2 days after it was installed. Only at WOT though. Now it doesn't happen.

wow, that stuff is actually kinda exspensive. Where did you guys start wrapping your exhaust? I think my noise is coming from the flex, but the shop i went to about it said they saw nothing wrong with it......

anyway, i guess this is going to be a time consuming install...but if it gets rid of that hiss, then i guess i don't mind as much.

thats strange, i guess there's a certain breakin period for them, do you guys have some clearance issues with the underside of your car?? I have like a 1/4" gap between my y-pipe and the little channel before it goes into my cat...
