hey everyone... as some of you may know, my experience with PRT (phoenix reman. transmissions) has been nothing but a nightmare... and as each day passes, they continue to p.i.s.s. me off more and more. its been nearly 3 months of dealing with their mistakes, excuses and LIES... and i've had it. i've been way too nice to these people, and i'm ready to do something about it.
supposedly my transmission will be arriving this monday, but who knows? but my plan is to contact the BBB and file a complaint... and to reach out to some online communities to let them know how they treat customers. i really want to get back at these guys, but i don't know what else to do. if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle this, i would really appreciate it.
