shop time; $$$?

Hey, i looked around for some info on this, but couldn't find any. I was just wondering what a good shop's hourly rate is. And also how long was your car in the shop for;
-supension
-intake
-exhaust (full or parts of)
-nitrous
-turbo or supercharger

any feed back will, so that i will have an idea of it should cost, to see if they are trying to rip me off.
thanks, jay

damn I don't know if you should put those parts on if you can't even put on the intake by yourself. Do some research, you should put on everything except nitrous and turbo by yourself. I wouldn't really put on nitrous or a turbo until you learn how to manage your car. With FI you run into alot more problems then you would NA.

Suspension you can do with a jack and hand tools and alot of WD-40. Takes about 4 hours to do all 4 with a buddy. Compressing the stock spring takes awhile.

Exhaust can be done by jacking up the car, with friend no more than 45 minutes for catback and 45 minutes for y-pipe. Headers will take 4-5 hours.

Intake takes less than 20 minutes and you need a screwdriver and rachet.

If you don't know about an intake I won't even explain NOS or boost.

thanks, i'm not saying i would get a shop to do all that, i just put that up there for reference and for anyone else, and to know my options. I have done a lot of research, but i don't know many people who could help me, and i heard some things like y-pipe can make strange noices if done improperly, and i don't really wanna mess up my first car.
i wasn't planning on getting any forced induction for a while, untill i know how to manage it, and know what i'm getting myself into. I still wouldn't mind knowing what the shop rates are though.
