Here is the new scanned picture from a Nissan broshure that has more detail than the last one of the Altima. In a way I don't like the look... I guess we will just have to see.

Also Nissan just announced this news..which might be a good thing! You guys who wanted a 2 door, guess what, your getting one!

Nissan plans to introduce a new 3.0 litre luxury coupe model in the United States for the 2002 model year. The new car will rival models offered by Toyota and Honda.
Nissan stopped developing 2-3 litre coupes for the US market at the end of 1990s and diverted its efforts to SUVs.
However, the US coupe market has grown steadily growing and models such as Honda's CL and Toyota's Solara (both produced locally) have sold well in the US.
Nissan has already started U.S. production of luxury pickups and launched several new luxury sedan models, including the Inifiniti Q45.
This September it will introduce a new coupe with a sticker price of around $30,000.
Nissan hopes the new coupe and the Z, a sports coupe to be introduced next year, will strengthen its brand image in North America.(Source: just-auto.com editorial team)
