Maxed Bandit, Skimax, Irvine78, and I were at the Las Vegas speedway this weekend (saw SCCA Solo2 show up too with his phat SE tails) and I talked to a dude who works R&D for eibach while I was being flung around in his crazy TRD supercharged solara. He sez eibach doesn't believe that there's a market for coilovers or other suspension upgrades on maximas like sway bars, but if we can get 50 people to preorder!!! (yeah right) and e-mail eibach, then they will develop them... so.... hop on it people!

 

Maybe they will also make their remote-reservoir damping systems for the Maxima. That's the race car stuff.

hey, why don't you buy 50 and then sell them when they are made? You'll be the other one that sells the eibach stuff, so you'll control the market for the stuff. You could sell it for tons...

Or we could just buy something that already exists and then you'd be stuck with alot of extras.

 

No need to flame me man, i'm as disappointed as you. I think there's no market because they haven't created the product, and if they did, of course people would buy. :P I was just bringing it up for everyone's collective digestion, not for my personal gain. :P
I figured that you guys needed to know what eibach and probably a lot of other aftermarket companies' opinion on the maxima application is. Maybe if we approach them more often and let them know that yes, we do exist then we would have more aftermarket support for our cars.
