5 Speed Conversion >>> Pilot Bearing

We are completing the 5spd Conversion, but had a Question about the Pilot Bearing.

I went to autozone and loaned a Pilot Bearing puller, and used that in conjunction with a slide hammer, but was NOT able to get the Pilot bearing free. The puller continued to slip out, when using the slide hammer.

My ACT came with a pilot bearing and now I am wondering is there anything to worry about if I use a Fidanza Flywheel and ACT Cluth with the stock Pilot Bearing.

Thanks Guys.

JP
