First, they messed up my order. They shipped me the 95/96 gauge bezel. I shipped it back for an exchange. One month later they finally shipped me the new one. Guess what? They stuffed the bezel into an envelope by itself. Atleast put it in a box or use some cardboards to protect it. Needless to say, there were bunch of creases. I'm returning and asking for a refund.

Damn, that sucks. Sorry I can't get you a gauge bezel in time, they're just not ready yet. I ordered an alkaplus gauge bezel to use as a template, it showed up in a thick cardboard envelope, piece looked like crap, but it wasn't damaged. Wonder why yours showed up in a regular envelope, maybe they were in a hurry.

On another note, is it me, or do the pieces look really fake. On the gauge bezel, it wouldn't look so bad since it's behind some plastic, but I couldn't imagine putting that stuff on the dash. At least the synthetic JT kit looked kind of elegant with the smooth resin coating, the alkaplus just looks cheap and horrible.

 

I plan to take them to small claims court they screwed up an installation of my Wood trim (over heating)
