HUGE nissan meet in Vegas! Apr 23-25
We are trying to organize a huge nissan meet in Las Vegas. We will me meeting on April 23-25. We are reserving a large number of hotel rooms and need people to RSVP so we can get good rates. There will also be a luncheon and other events planned. We may autocross and we want to go to the 1/4 mile track. If we have enough people RSVP we may also be able to organize a dyno day. We are trying to get sponsors and companies to donate so we can have a raffle and make this the best nissan meet we have had. Forget supras.....Nissans invade Las Vegas!
Detailed info can be found in the Nissanforums.com Southwest forums. Look for the stickies at the top of the page. One is for details and one is to RSVP. You can also e-mail bugnlv@adelphia.net to RSVP. He is one of the people organizing it.
Lets get a huge turnout and show everyone what the org is about.

I will definitely be there. Especially since it's a 10 minute drive from my house.
About going to the 1/4 mile track, it's not open that particular weekend. If it was a TnT, then maybe we could all show up. But when the Supras invade Las Vegas, they rent the track out. It's not cheap, but when you have a few hundred cars all racing, then it's not so bad. We can find out how this year's event goes and then maybe next year, we can start making plans to rent the track out in April 2005. A year's notice should be enough.
Here's the thread in the West Forums on the org:
