Hey all,

If i turn on my car in the morning and rev it a little black smoke comes out. always. Even today after it was sitting in the sun all day. Whats up with this? I dont rev high at all, not past 3k rpm. Why would it do this?

black smoke = running rich
white smoke = running lean

do you smell gas when you get on the gas?
is your Check Engine Light on?
when was the last time you changed your rear 02 sensor?
how many miles you have on your car?

Nope, never smell gas. No check engine lights. Rear 02 sensor? I've never changed it. Got the 60k check up the day after i bought the car, and im not at 69k.
