had some ****y 15s on, wanted to see if it would help me gear ratio a little. I could not hit the NOS till 2nd gear but hear are my times.(o ya the humidity was 98%)

Wow, that humidity got to your car huh? Your best on NOS is a 14.09 too. A little more then half a sec off. I'm surprised you were that off. What else did you do diff? What did you launch at and what rpm did you have your NOS set to?

 

Well, I have an auto. I usualy hit the NOS before the 60' mark but I had crappy tires on so it would not hook up. On my 17s I can get high 2.0 60' but no mph. On 17s I can only hit about 85-86mph off the NOS. So with the NOS I dropped 1.5 seconds and gained 11mph. I ran 15.2 on 15 inch drag radials, that tells you the big differance in tire sizes.

 

how's your tranny holding up with the nos? i was gonna wait til i got a 5 speed but i might just get it now. do you have a VB? thanks.

 

I have not had any trouble. But from what I have heard, either it will hold or it will brake. I dont think the trany has a hard time holding a 40"shot". I do not do burnouts at the track and stuff like that. I will be getting a VB from Don and put on a trany cooler someday, when I can get a higher stall con.
