Which is better; Phillips BV(Blue Vision) VS. Phillips WV(Weather Vision)?

Any input is appreciated. BV cost about 10.57 CND while WV is about 12.50. Does BV gives off blue light? Is there any fog light from Phillips?

BlueVisions put out very white light. They are ideal for fair weather. For those in foggy/snowy weather, my experience has shown that the WeatherVisions are a bit nicer. These put out a very yellow light. It depends on your needs. Philips produces BOTH of these types of bulbs in the H3 configuration...for your foglamps.

These are bulbs that are coated with a mirror finish. When the bulb is not lit, it looks silver. When the bulb fires, the light penetrates and the bulb glows normally. It's really just a gimmick.
