I'm replacing my hood for my 4th gen with brand new aftermarket hood that's primed and ready to be painted. I'm getting an estimate of about $300 to paint and blend it in with the rest of the body. I'm trying to figure out what I should be paying. A friend told me that that seems a little high considering its a simple paint job on an already primed hood.

 

i got an estimate of 450 on mine with the old paint on it and needed prepping and priming.
