Alright I had that check reissued to me. I walked into the claims office and just asked if they could reissue me the check in only my name (well in this case my parents). I spent $400 at Courtesy Nissan (thank you 25% off for maxima.org members :-)) on a spoiler (that is already painted!), the spoiler install kit, which i might not need, and a tail light. This leaves me a balance of $1350 to blow on the car :-) Ah yea, makes my day alright.
