I need help.. I bought the PIAA White Extreme Lights, but they do not seem near as bright as some of the pictures I see of those who have the same kind without a kit.. I just bought my Maxima 03 so maybe I am doing something wrong.. They are just a soft kind of light purple color & not bright @ all.. Please help

 

They aren't too bright because they are small bulbs. But my Polarg hyperwhites before were pretty bright and my polarg amber bulbs now aren't. I've never used PIAA 194 bulbs though.
