Grinding Noise Need your help

Let me first start off and say that I have already had my rotors and brakes changed a few months ago.

When ever I step on the brakes and the car comes to a stop, there is a grinding noise. It sounds almost like crunching springs. The noise cannot be replicated by moving the car forward or backward. If i let it coast to a stop, there is no sound. If i step on the brake again, it will make the same grinding noise. Please help, I have already had my wheel bearing, strut mounts, brakes, rotors changed. I am lost as to what else to look for.

could be related

I just solved a mistry of my own ; my rear bearing on th e passenger side went
you have to change the whole hub ,after the car came back from the shop I was hearing all kinds of sounds ; sumed it up to a aging car however it got worst turns out the center of the hub (new one )is a little bigger so my wheels were not really making contact with the rotor , so after changing rotors cleaning down calipers & weeks of pondering what could be the problem a pair of 1/4 spacers solved my problem
