UPDATE: My Maxima

These pictures are not the best quality as they were taken with a camera phone, and the car is not complete but I just wanted to get some feed back thus far.

Sweet, Finally seeing pics of it!

what color is the hood and trunk lid.

for being different, I think you pulled it off quite nicely.

Too bad it was in the shop, the NWM races were awesome.

Well guys I was able to snap a few pictures but the quality of the camera is not that good but it should give you an idea until I complete the car and take better photos.

ohannon7: The top is black, and NO its NOT a soft top.

MrGone: I know, I really wanted to be there. The stock hood was painted black, but the Carbon Fiber hood is on now. The Trunk is the same as the body, but may be replaced by a 97-99 Carbon Fiber Trunk.

The maxima is not yet complete but should be shortly.

Terry- You would have been the first to know had my cell been working. Water + Phones don't mix. You need to see the car in person it will look better once everything is done.

PM your cell #

Thats a tight paint job. Look good, I'd go for some 18 or higher on the wheels.

Good work with thinking outside the box on the paint scheme.
I'd have to agree with Ammi and Slow Moe on the need for newer wheels, but overall, car looks good.

Oh man I gotta see this in person

With all this work, have you even broken in your clutch yet? lol.

Also guys, those wheels came on his car, and IIRC he is planning on new wheels . He basically bought it then started tearing it apart lol.

Time to drop that ride height...looks like a 4x4 in the first pic. Otherwise, for being postively unique.

Thanks everyone for the feedback.

YES, new rims will be on the way once everything else settles down.

You know whats funny, I only have 60 or so miles on the clutch so far. Only another 440 or so miles to go.

The car has already been dropped. I am using Toser Coilovers, and have plenty of room to go. In fact the max was so low when I brought it to the shop they actually kind of cracked the front and had to fix it after I raised it up in the front all the way, which it is still curently set at.

Previously trying to install the headlights someone got a a little dremal happy and the hole is a little big I am sure we can do something to make it work.

very nice, wheels will be a must, but i'm sure you already have that in the works. if you can afford it the 97 CF trunk would look awesome.
