Try courtesynissan. Ordinarily I would say go with JRNissan, but they don't have the alignment tool. In the past though, i have had orders from courtesy take a while. JRNissan, on the other hand has been very prompt even if they have to get the parts from the NJ distributor.

Who said anything bad about the OEM replacement Exedy?

Thanks Guys! I would go with SPEC but I really want something soft as OEM, I don't go to the track and stuff, so do not think I need it, plus money issue. That OEM from courtesy parts is lil more expensice than I thought. On another note, so me guys were commenting about Exedy not that long ago, here is one comment, though about stage 1, not OEM replacement, it's a good price on eBay though - $115

You will get a few negative feedbacks on all clutches. There are a lot of other factors besides the actual clutch that affect it's performance. Overall though, I think OEM (non-key value), ACT, SPEC and Exedy are all good. The Ebay $115 is for OEM replacement (I'm actually breaking one in on my car right now) and NOT Stage I which typically goes for anywhere from $235-300. Reportedly, ACT uses an exedy organic clutch disk (stage I) and a modified stock pressure plate. Exedy is very well respected...the leading clutch mfg for Japanese makes. Just beware of the Daiken (Exedy subsidiary) clutch kit that some say is really the Nissan "key value" kit.

Thanks Mishmosh, you are really helping me out here fixing my car
I am ordering Exedy now from eBay. I did search on other boards and did not find anything on Exedy. Certainly two posts with negative feedback do not represent the rest of the cumulative opinion.
Got already Mobil1 Synthetic Gear Oil and other supplies. Will get to work on Monday. Hopefully clutch will come by then.

I recomend that you use an aftermarket OE replacement clutch. The Key Value OE replacement for your car is far weaker than the clutch you had and you will not like it. I installed a Exedy OE replacement over the weekend and the owner seems to be happy with it so far.

Yes, I got Exedy, hoping to put it on on Monday, though in home conditions it will take a while...
