Well, almost. The local tire store, Hibdon's, bent three of my wheels after I got them all powdercoated black-chrome. Since they are discontinued, they are giving me a check for replacement value for a set of wheels, which equals $860. That, with my tax return, and my insurance check for my car getting keyed twice this year, I will be getting a set of hyper-black 19" Ace Monoco's with tires....haven't decided on which tire to get yet. And, since I have a set of 17" tires, I am going to buy some cheap 17" wheels and have two sets of wheels, basically for free. Since my friend owns a body shop, he said that he would fix my key mark for free when he paints my aero-kit, so I can use that money for tires. I will definetly post some pics when I get the new wheels.

 

Pardon my ignorance, how the &**^$%#$%&^(*)*&^ do you bend a rim while poweder coating it? Are tempereatures that high for that long?

I just saw some 6 spoke Adventi's (sp?) that just plain old rocked posted somewhere.
