My friend with a 97 altima just got 18x8 Konig Verdicts and they look sooooo nice. According to Tirerack.com the SSR GT1's come in 17x7.5, 17x8, and 18x8. I'm planning on dropping with H&R/Tokico's and was wondering if the 18x8's would rub or not... thanks

It doesn't matter what the diameter of the wheel is. As long as you have the correct tire size, the outer diameter will be the same as stock and there won't be any rubbing, even with lowering springs.

GT1's

I LOVE these rims on my car, anyway does anyone know another place to get them besides tirerack? they seem to be the only place that carries them (that I can find anyway) and the price seems a bit steep..=P

SSR GT1s look hot... but spokes kinda thin...might bent easier.. That's one reason I went with my TSW VX1s, TSWs make very sturdy rims. Did u check out MoMo Sport rims? They're tight too...kekeke. AnGe
PS-How much are the GT1s gonna run u?

hmm

i sure hope they wont bend, but I dont travel on harsh roads anyway. I live in a small well paved residential area, and travel to school and back on the parkway.... which is flat as can be Will 18's slow the car down alot?? I hope not to bad.

Although these are probably not quite as light as the Integral A2s, they should be pretty light... s/b around 20lbs or so... You will feel it somewhat on acceleration and braking though.
