Maxima Racing Forum is Up - Join the Crew !
About the New Maxima Racing Forum
Whats going on my fellow maxima enthusiast ? I wanted to let you guys know about the new maxima racing forum. Anyone is welcome to join, but the forum is aimed at the more performance minded owners around here.
The forum also includes a 1/4 mile timeslips database which is a really neat database for all maxima owners to input your best 1/4 timeslip and research what other owners are running in the 1/4 mile. Just got it up today !
We have a great car, and I invite you guys to come over and be apart of the racing/performance aspect of the maxima. Have your timeslip handy ! lol !

once i figure out how to work with my new g-tech pro meter, and do my 1/4 time at this long stretch empty road 2am in the morning, i will join in ![Smilie](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
even though this isn't the most accurate way comparing to real track time, but definetly better than ghetto stop watch. g-tech pro has small margin of error and i will make couple runs and report the result on the forum....soon

I'm sure there's a few misguided individuals out there who will get into a street race for the sole purpose of bragging about it on your forum.

then again there are people like myself who seldom street race (i think it's wrong too, don't get me wrong), but when we do have a good race, i don't see the harm in telling about it. Hell the org let's you talk about it on the weekends.

good points, i dont really have anything to say versus your stance. i dont think its a good idea either and i would discourage anyone from doing it.
