tokico warranty

tokico warranty

Has anyone ever replace their tokicos using warranty? My tokico struts have gone soft, I cant find my reciepts for the struts, will I have a problem getting a replacement?

You most likely need the receipt to make a warranty claim.

what kind? Blues, Illuminas, ?

I think you need the receipt or packing slip

where did you buy them? if you're lucky, they still have record of you buying them..
I bought some through a group deal from stillen several years ago.. I had s problem with one and I called up stillen, they still had my record on file..

so I just bought a new one from them, installed it, then sent the old one back to them. they then sent it to tokico for the warranty issue, and when it was approved for warranty, stillen refunded my money on the second set.

I talked to Tokiko once about shocks softening and they told me that wasn't covered under warranty. That's why I got illuminas. When they get soft, I just dial it up. Although, I've been riding around on 4 which is fairly stiff.
