I've been to a couple car shows before, but haven't attended one for a couple years. Never shown before though, until last week.

Attended the Toyo Driven to Perform car show (formerly Import Showoff) up in Vancouver, B.C. (Canada). I showed with Northwest Nissans, 8 of us total. It's the biggest show of the year up there, and there were probably about 30 Nissans or so? This included an R32, an R34, tons of S13's and S14's, 2 Maximas (mine and the orange 4th gen), an Altima, and a whole bunch of 350Z's.

You can find full pics/details @ www.northwestnissans.com if you're interested, but this pic from the BBQ the day after the show kind of sums it up

Oh yeah, it's Nissan Class, 2nd Place.

Guess it doesn't take stickers and neon to win, huh? Oh and the approximately 8+ hours of detailing paid off. Ride hasn't been this clean since I picked it up from the dealer 2yrs ago!

Here's a nice shiny pic from inside the show:

Thanks for the props! Now I've caught the show bug...probably gonna do 2-3 more shows this summer, and bunch of new mods in the works.

I would've posted earlier, but I'm in NY/D.C. right now...

Congrats on the win, Patrick!! Yet another Maxima show winner! I won my first trophy (as a contestant, not as a builder) last month at the Devil's Run Car show. And 2nd place, too (see below my sig pic). It gave me a sense of pride, knowing that all my hard work really IS paying off. Especially considering that a couple of years ago, my car didn't even have an engine in it.

Like you, I'm set to do a couple more shows before the year is out. Keep reppin' the Maximas!

That proves that Canadian chicks are truly all freaks (they won't get out of bed for much)!

Awesome car man! Glad your efforts are finally starting to pay off for you...
