no air bags on any maxes??
Nobody here has them because they are pretty expensive, more than coilovers, and they are virtually useless performance wise. Sure you can slam your car at whim, but have you seen what happens to bodywork when people aren't careful? They don't corner well, and are pretty heavy. Plus you have to be pretty serious into modifying to want them, and most people here aren't. It's not just a bolt on thing, most kits require some custom work to fit although there are a few bolton airbag kits available. I've mostly seen them on lowrider trucks and SUV's, not that many cars have them.
Well......
I doubt the gains in "performance" are any where near decent! I mean they would look really sweet, but most people here are about the 1/4th mile or just don't want the hassle of them. If you want some though, one company you can contact is USDS, they quoted me $1500 for a manual valve set and $1800 for a electronically controlled setup....very tempting, but I'll pass!! but if you're going for strictly asthetic mods, I'd say airbags/shocks are the way to go.

I know of one guy who has them on his Maxima. Click on this link to see the pictures of his maxima, and there is even a mpeg of the bags in action. For the pictures, click on Members and scroll down to Alpesh '97 Maxima.

Also, check out this picture of an I30 I found. It is practically on the ground, so I am assuming that he has bags???

yeah they are quite expensive and offer a nice factory ride. That is what i was looking for, not the teeth chattering ride. I am going to order my air bag kit this month, it is gonna cost me 1800 plus about 400 for installition. You get a nice 3" to work with top to bottom.
Check out www.excentrixauto.com/ they got a kit for the max that is almost completely bolt on.
