Besides price what are the differences between a Racing Hart
Wheel, and an Imitation like G racing?

Most important is weight. A genuine Racing Hart wheel will be much more lightweight than, say, a Katana copy of it. If you're just going for looks, there's no reason not to get the Katana or other copy, but if you don't want to lose much performance spring for the Racing Hart. I don't know for sure, but I would bet the Racing Hart wheels are a lot better quality also.

I've also been looking at Konig Tantrums, and I wonder how they compare with the Kantana Concept 7?

look at it this way

if 2 wheels are the same design (like the tantrum and the concept 7) and they cost about the same... then they are about the same. cost should be your determining factor here... personally i'd give the name konig a little more respect than katana... because katana i known for being a knockoff of expensive wheels (konig does this too, but i think its less well known).
