Do anyone have an idea of how much it cost to rebuild a 4gen motor...just need a range..don't have to be exact u know....and no it's not blown or anything..just a friends question on how much the rebuild might cost?

I don't have an answere to your question but I did see one off a 95 for sale on ebay from someone in the northeast recently.

Don in TX may be able to give you a decent estimate. My guess would be a whole lot more than what you could pick up a good used on for.

I saw one on ebay too w ahile back. They wanted $600 or so.

It doesn't come up today but I know I saw it this weekend. Keep checking bc they come up from time to time. If I see it again I'll post in the general forum.

Thanks man....I found a few for 785.00 around her in the masses, I think he just wanna bullet proof the engine with a engine w/less miles before he goes NOS...now it's finding a good shop to do it for a good price
