Rim decals or paint removal

I have the katana concept 5 rims. I've recently noticed that the part that says concept five on the rim is starting to come off. Now that thats happening I would like to remove the part that says concept 5 altoghether on all of my rims. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best method of doing this? Thanks
