i donated the the org recently but i dont think i put my sn in when i donated...just went through the paypal instructions as told when i clicked donate to org....what can i do??? i would like to have my own tag and avatar and search options....

Oh yea, check the Feedback forum. I think Sprint has been trying to contact you regarding the no SN issue.
