Like this.....

Low rider 3rd Gen?? Not sure if these are air bags/shocks either but its most likely possible, but I've heard hydro setups can cost BIG $$$$$, upwards of $10-20K for a good system........too much money for me!!

Forget the hydros, you will lose your ride by far! If you stick with airbags, you can set it on the ground and raise it at will and you won't lose your ride. Plus it sounds cool to hear the air release from the bags.

I would guess a 'decent' set up is about $2K (plus or minus a couple hundred). I had an 'ex' that installed hydro's and that was average that he charged.

yep yep sarah's right. for a 4 pump 2 dump system...parts should be around $1k and then there's a ton charged in installation. that's not easy to do. my bro and i installed a 16 switch setup on his cutlass, and boy, was that some hard work. your suspension is pretty much ruined after that, and your resale value will go way down. expect to pay much much more on a unibody fwd import. the orange max in that pic is ronnie pastors.......those arent airbags. master image customs did that, and apparently it cost a ton. there's an article in one of the older lowrider euros about him and his ride.

Hey you all arent the only ones

Living in Texas where I lived. Hydros everywhere. A couple of my friends had nice setups one had a 6 pump 4 dump set up. It was nice. Hydros arent 10K you can get a setup Ive seen at the least around $500. I had a friend who could take hydros out of any car in 30 minutes. No lie. He was a wiz at those things. I love hydros but you cant just stick them on any car. Some pl have beat up old old cars like ugly *** cars and put them on. I like the mon 66 impalas, 64 was the yr. 60 impalas, Chevy bel Aires and the Bombs, those are fuggen tight. I love seeing Bombs. They I think are the cleanest cars for the set ups.

Yeah sometimes (depending on what you use your hydros for) you gotta have junker cars because especially if your doing competitions with them the car starts to buckle at some spots & becomes junk.
