Repercussions from repairing your y-pipe? Any at all?
Anyone out there have problems with older y-pipes, and faulty flex sections? Anyone replace one, and regrets it? Who provides flex section replacements?
Here is the deal; I may end up with a 2 - 3 year old budget y pipe soon which was from the era of faulty flex sections. It has a lot of mileage on it too, and I believe has seen some canadian winters. Is there any hope for this thing, or is it a waste of time?
EDIT: It is made from SS.
