Take out the spare tire and jack, thats about 25 lbs. Besides that, everything else that is going to come out would be important, like the seats.

There's really no good quick way to lose a significant amount of weight permanently. If you're just going to the track for a night, leave the back seat, spare tire, everything in the trunk, and most of your gas behind. If you want it to last, the most significant thing you can do is wheels. Get Kosei Racing wheels or some other lightweight wheel like that. Otherwise, just run around the block a couple of times. j/k

I leave the back seats out all the time so I dont have to tote anyone around I have moda R6's on hold at sears intill I get my Konis and clutch done. If I have the 17s on can I have a regular spare our should I also have a 17 inch spare?

Ideally you want to match the diameter of the spare with the tires you're using. However, as all us donut spare owners know, nothing terrible's going to happen if you roll around with a different diameter tire for just a while. I wouldn't go over 45mph with a donut spare on though.

The entire back seat only weighs about 20 lb. total though.
