I just used Duplicolor super high temp on mine and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I wish I would have used clearcoat on top though, because the finish seems a little dull now.

You can buy "brake paint" at Pepboys for about $6 a can...
I just got a can of black for my rear calipers to match my new front ones...

Green caliper paint?

I've been checking all the ads and nobody's showing green. Just black, red, yellow, silver, etc.

Anybody seen green available anywhere?

I just got me Folia Tec caliper paint in the mail. Now that I got it, I regret dumping so much money on it, $49.95. Although it's everything in one box (paint, hardener, cleaner, etc.).

Now all that's left is my lazy a$$ getting out there to paint.

What about

Painting the calipers while they are off the car? Anyone done this with a car that has ABS, I heard that it is hard to get the brake lines dissconnected from the caliper with ABS because of the pressure on them? Anyone know how to do this? Please help painted mine while they were on the car and they look like ****. Instructions would help too if anyone has them.

so are you supposed to paint only the caliper? or do you also paint the pad bracket thingy (dont know the real name for it)??

also, what do you use to clean the caliper with? do you just take the caliper and hang it from the spring after you paint it?

thanks for answering my questions...

You should only paint the calipers unless you plan to replace the hardware (pad springs, brackets, etc.) soon after anyways.

Brake cleaner is always a good cleaner to use.
