Does anyone know of a decent custom or tuner shop in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area?

I'm looking to get lowering springs and struts installed on my 2001 SE, and I'd like to go to a place that specializes in tuning or customizing rather than some random garage with Joe Dirt working in the back.

I'm a shadetree mechanic, but I know my limits, and this is something I'd rather not try to tackle myself.
