It appears that you have to still buy the bulbs and ballasts from Ford and it comes out to $400 total. Couldn't you buy an HID kit for $400?

 

2 hella ballasts (the one with the built in igniter), 2 philips d2s bulbs = 220.

2 bmw projectors = 110

a weekend: priceless.

For the parts, work and result in that document you are better off exploring other routes.
