Aftermarket Engine Oil Cooler How-to?

I have seen a few people with Engine Oil coolers installed onto their Maximas. Now, here is the question.

I am looking at a good bit of oil coolers and they have two fittings on them. Now, with the lines attached, where do the fittings go to on the engine to retrieve/return the the cooled oil? Do you use some sort of oil filter distribution block or something? If so, where do you get those suckers and all. Thanks.
