Moderators, if you feel this is OT please delete. I just thought the general public should know. Guys please keep your negative comments to yourselves. People lost their lives.

I agree...I remember meeting him and talking to him once and a while back in the day from the beginning when he just put 18s on his black max...I hate to say it that even though he shouldn't have been drinking I still feel for him, I can only imagine what hes going through right now

the dude killed two of his friends cause he was 'drinking and driving' and people feel sorry for him, im sorry, but a while back when someone that was close to me died cause of some drunk, i wanted the worst for the drunk driver, its a different story when its someone you know dies, i wonder how the family of the other two people are feeling? i dont know... wonder how he feels?
when his car got stolen, i email him to let him know how i felt about that situation and i thought that was bad. dam, wonder how hes feelin?

I don't feel sorry one bit for Raffio. I feel sorry for the families that lost their children. I feel so upset right now and I didn't even know any of them.

"A Wantagh man was charged with speeding and driving while intoxicated after he lost control of his car early Thursday, crashed into a tree and killed his two passengers, State Police said."

I don't feel sorry for anyone who drinks and drive because a friend of mine who was pretty much a brother died because of a drunk driver. You have to feel sorry for the families who are grieving at this time, not the person that decided to get drunk and than decided to drive.

Just my 2

I feel the same way... sick to my stomach.

In the OT thread, some are saying that they're still waiting for the blood test results to see if alcohol was involved.

Even if he wasn't drunk, I still don't feel too bad for him. I never knew him, but one of my friends was killed in a car crash where everyone was sober, but the car was doing over 100 mph in a 35 mph zone. Even if he wasn't drinking, he is going to get charged w/wreckless endangerment, vehicular manslaughter, etc......

While I thank Tony for driving the modding culture on the org. this was the worst mistake of his life. If convicted, manslaughter sentences are nothing to laugh at. Beyond that, he will have to deal with his own guilt of being personally responsible for killing two of his friends.

For the love of God, don't Drink and Drive. Period.

Sad, just sad.

He needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I could care less what kind of car he owns or what kind of person he is. You do not drink and drive, take a freakin taxi. He could of spent $30 and not had this misfortunate accident happen. I hope he get 20 to life.

I do feel bad for Tony, without a doubt he’s intentions weren’t to harm anyone.

Accident’s happened; I’m not condoning them.

It’s sad to see anyone in this situation. I hope the best for him, and my prayer and deepest sympathies do go out to all the families involved.

lets see...he gets wasted and kills too people in a car accident, or he wasnt drunk and was driving so wrecklessly as to completely destroy a car like that and kill 2 people. why should i be sorry for someone as stupid as that?

DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!

Jesus...I felt bad for him when he got his car jacked but this is ridiculous. The agony the families of the passengers are going through and the young lives cut short because of one man's damn arrogance.
