where did you get the hp for the maxima bro . I thought it would probably be the same as the i35. btw did you notice how the altima has the same amount of torque as the i35 meaning the altima has the same potential as the infinity without changing internals excams). then again that's just my guess.

 

It's speculation and rumor. (I think I've read several sources that quote the 270 figure.) There's a possiblity that Nissan will bump up the HP on the SE-R to give it top billing.

I wonder if the Alty is really 240 horse. Maybe it's higher and Nissan doesn't want to **** off Maxima owner's more than they have to. (Much like how VW under rated the new 1.8T to 170 HP, when it's really 180) I guess dyno tests will settle the score.
