My Cousin and I.. we ran the car up on a curb and then he got under the car with a vice grip and removed the o2 sensor 2 mins... replaced the old with the new 1 min.. and the longest part of the whole job was 3 mins trying to find the clips that took 5 mins.. so it took us 8 mins total...

I bought it from the dealership.... $82 .. Dave Burnette at Southpoint Nissan has it cheaper.. i was just running into a time factor (needed it changed for Etown tommorow)

i am not sure if thats going to help your gas mileage.. ususally if the O2 Sensor is bad.. the CE light comes on.. have you done plugs and fuel filter?

Not yet, I only have 36K on my car. But I haven't had a MIL about the O2 sensors yet.

$82 each? or a pair? I was going to check on Direct Replacement Bosch ones...

Thanks for the info!

Ghetto, but effective. When you were done, did you sit on the curb and break out a 40 in a paper bag? If you're going ghetto, you might as well go all the way...

damn Matt.. i wasn't thinking.. next time though..

Chung.. it was 82 each .. well for the one closest to the radiator... but again if your MIL is not on.. shouldn't need to replace them
