I went to the nearby Mobil station to get an oil change(im lazy ok??) Anyway, I get there and they have me waiting for like 1 minute or 2 and then the guy comes and tells me to pull my car up

I told him to pull it up onto the ramp because im not gonna be liable for anything that happens

then this dumbass drives it up onto the lift like hes Michael Knight or something first he clips it on the cement and then he clips it again on the end of the lift that has the tire stop

i look over and i see this bigass crack on my kit

Now what is the good thing that came out of this? I cracked my kit a few days before and now the smelly mechanics insurance has to pay for both cracks

Reminds me of the time I got into a little scrape last year. I was in the right lane of a two lane road...light was red...huge-*** tractor trailer pulls up to my left. All of a sudden, the tractor trailer decides to make a right turn, on RED, from the LEFT lane, while my "little" Maxima is in the right lane. He sideswipes me and causes about $2200 in damage. Luckily, I was fine and it was just driver-side door and front panel damage.

Insurance covered everything, even the big scratches I got in the front panel while pulling into a parking lot a long time ago, the mysterious dent I had in my back, driver-side door, and the few scrapes I had on the front, driver-side door due to opening the door too many times and hitting something by accident. I didn't have my car for a week, but it came back much better than it was before the accident.

lol he was like "how was I suppose to know!!!" but he was being stupid because

#1- His buddy who works at the place even gave him a sign with his index and thumb that he had really little clearance

#2- It doesnt take a genius to know that you shouldnt drive up the ramp like a nascar driver if your in a lowered car

Overall his defense was...how could he have known

oh well oil change turned into 732 dollars for me

dumb ******* wont pay!

omg, they said that their deductible is $1000 so they wont pay or give me their insurance

in their words "that body shop is charging too much" i was like yah you think its your choice where I go...its mine as of state/federal law bubba

i cant believe they're making me take them to small claims court when they have it written on the receipt that my bumper was cracked by them

his defense was
my bumper is modified and car is lowered
i said "yah thats why the guy who took it off the lift nice and slowly didnt hit a thing" then he felt stupid

sorry about the dialogue guys...im just ****ed
