Might have to find some window tint that color and apply it to the inside of whatever you're doing.

Yes go to Michaels or some other art supplies store...there should be a paint called amber krylon paint or something. Works perfectly..

I got mine at Michaels too, but I dont remember if it was Krylon brand. And it's technically stained glass paint btw, so just ask for stained glass paint at your arts supply store if there's no Michaels around

Although the stupid thing clogs up constantly and will only spray for a minute or two before it completely clogs up. I had to take the nozzle off the can and soak/clean it in alcohol for a few minutes after each coat, which made it REALLY annoying

That's about six or seven coats there. The color looks like **** until you really get some deep rich coats on it

It's the yellow color not the orange color. And no, the cap doesnt look amber. And no, when you first start spraying it it doesnt look amber.

Like I said it took mine about six or seven coats to even remotely look like amber. I sprayed it on pretty thick and then let it sit. It will turn really cloudy looking and you'll think you ruined it, but just let it be and come back in a few hours and it will be an amazingly rich amber color.

it's funny that cars that come with amber/orange want to be clear, and cars that people who's cars come with clear want to paint amber. i guess it's just wanting to look clean and different however you feel that is.

looks real nice and clean though guys...good job.

James I thought your car was black. Appears kind of greenish in the pics. Or is it that it's incredibly clean and is reflecting natures aspects.

Has anyone done this on a 4th generation? I thought there was a post not too long ago where someone had their corners painted amber....

does it hinder the light output, the brightness of the cornering/signal lights when painted?

why would it looked riced out. clear is more ricey than amber. I mean amber is what come stock, and adding amber would IMP be a more coservitive choise to do on a car. it owul dbe different and not ricey
