Anyone seen free airflow testing software?

Hi gang,
I have seen some free software out there for testing airflow, but the shapes are mainly airfoils. I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of any free software where you can input specs on the item that has air flowing over it, to see the affect of different shapes and how they affect the airflow. Thank you in advance,
